We act as a data processor, and you act as the data controller for your customer data.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including:

remain the exclusive property of UInvoice.

You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Service without permission.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access
• Error-free performance
• Continuous uptime

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We shall not be liable for:

• Loss of business

• Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
